Hive Power, a platform for the creation of energy sharing communities where all participants are guaranteed to benefit from the participation, it is launching an ICO by using the Eidoo ICO Engine.
This ICO will start on April 23rd, 2018, and finish on May 14th, 2018 or when the hard cap of 50 million HVT is reached.
The HVT price is 0.25 USD per token. Users can buy tokens with ETH only.
Tokens that will remain unsold by the end of the ICO will be destroyed, reducing the tokens circulating supply.
AirdropsÂ
Hive Power also announced an airdrop for Eidoo wallet users.
In August 2018, in fact, Hive Power will distribute 500’000 HVT tokens to reward HVT token holders. Users who didn’t move their HVT tokens after their ICO will be eligible to receive the airdrop.
The airdrop fund will be distributed to token holders proportionally to their HVT balance.
Referral Program
On March 20th, Hive will launch the registration and the KYC process will be active. At the same moment, the Hive Power Referral Program will be active too, to reward participants who will promote Hive Power to their friends.
After the registration, the participants will receive a unique referral URL. Participants will receive a token bonus equivalent to the 5% of tokens bought by referred buyers. The bonus tokens are distributed after from the Airdrop and Referral Program fund, after the end of the Crowdsale.
Know Your Customer
To participate in the HVT ICO, you need to register a KYC (Know Your User) profile.
If you have already registered your KYC on our website, you don’t need to do it again.
In fact, this KYC process will be the same for all ICOs we organize and for all Eidoo services, with no limits of time.

This means that you will need to complete the KYC process only once.
Please remember, Tier 1 is for 3,000 CHF per year; Tier 2 is for 500,000 CHF per year; Tier 3 is for unlimited amounts.
After completing the KYC process, you need to either download the Eidoo app (available for both iOS and Android) or to enter your wallet address to be able to send ETH and buy the ORS token.
Note: Chinese and U.S. citizens won’t be able to join any ICOs.
