Malta as the Blockchain Island
The government of Malta is very active in the development of clear and favourable laws for the regulation of the blockchain environment, and there are plans to establish an agency, called the Digital Innovation Authority, to control and certify blockchain companies.
Also, a DLT legislation is drafted for a regulatory framework for token sales and it received positive feedback.
