In Oklahoma, Subaru accepts crypto payments. Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Litecoin (LTC) are the cryptocurrencies that can be used for the purchase of cars of the Bob Moore Auto Group thanks to the partnership with Aliant Payments.
The new collaboration, announced last week by Aliant Payments, will allow the Bob Moore Auto Group to be part of the plan dedicated to merchants for the mass adoption of crypto payments.
The press release states:
“Bob Moore Auto Group is one of the first auto dealers in the United States, and the first one in the state of Oklahoma, to accept payments in Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin for cars, parts, and service at its Subaru dealership”.
So, if so far the use of crypto was limited to the purchase or rental of luxury cars, and let’s face it not everyone can afford a Lamborghini or a Limousine, now the Bob Moore Auto Group creates the opportunity for what could become the real mass adoption of cryptocurrencies for the entire automotive industry.
In fact, after the initial success of the pilot program for crypto payments offered by Aliant within a Subaru dealership, it seems that the Bob Moore Auto Group is ready to add the crypto payment option also for the purchase of cars of other brands such as Audi, Buick, Cadillac, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, GMC, Infiniti, Jaguar, Jeep, KIA, Land Rover, Maserati, Mazda, Nissan, Porsche and Ram.
