The UNCHAIN Convention 2019, dedicated to Bitcoin and Blockchain, will be held in Berlin on 14 and 15 June 2019.
The event will be attended by several blockchain experts, developers, investors, industry executives and regulators, with over 30 speakers from over 20 countries. Among these, there will also be founders and managing directors of major companies in the sector.
The names have already been announced, including Brock Pierce, President of the Bitcoin Foundation, Wall Street veteran Tone Vays, Alena Vranova, founder of Trezor, economist Hans-Werner Sinn, and many others.
In addition to an exhibition space, UNCHAIN Convention 2019 will also include a networking area, allowing experts to connect with major industrial players from around the world to discuss and explore the true potential of a decentralised economy.
The topics covered will be:
- Privacy and scalability of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies;
- Impact and future prospects of cryptocurrencies and blockchain;
- Use cases and emerging business models based on blockchain in all sectors;
- Preferred viewpoints and strategies for investment;
- The socio-economic framework in which these new technologies operate.
During the first day we will talk about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, the future of cash and online payments, where we are now and where we are headed, what is needed to protect the privacy and freedom of online transactions, the fungibility and scalability of Bitcoin and the various blockchains.
During the second day, we will talk about how much the current use of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency has evolved in the real world, what will be the market developments and
future socio-economic impacts, as well as real-world use cases, problems related to investment and fundraising, but also future policy and scenarios.
